All my life I've explored words, their relationship to each other, to meaning, and to us. As a linguist, and travelling and working abroad, I understand how culture, identity and self are filtered by the words we choose to express ourselves.As a person-centred therapist and lifelong journaller and writer I've experienced the release of putting feelings into words. I know what we learn from expressing our authentic self in our own voice. For three passionate, transformational years I studied English Language and Literature at Oxford.
It's all about writing for personal development, for exploring creative expression. About finding your voice and authenticity.
